Leadership Academy Additional Resources

In addition to the Leadership Academy project outputs, our team has collected and provides a comprehensive set of tools and resources in support of the school leaders.

We believe that they will be a great support for school principals, but also for school leaders to implement innovative approaches through participative management, coaching and distributed leadership practices, as well as to increase their effectiveness for the benefit of the school community, and thus to achieve an improvement in their managerial competencies in all participating countries.
